Boarding for the 2 hour boat cruise begins at 5:30pm and we depart promptly at 6pm. Please be on time :-) We will be back in port at 8pm.
Please contact The Big Event to request a refund. Refunds will only be provided in the event of an artist cancellation, or extreme weather that prevents the ship from sailing. Both decks of the vessel are covered and it is able to sail in the rain.
