Thanks for your interest in participating in our Community Yard Sale!
This page is to register and pay for a space to sell your goods at the Friends Of Burls Creek Community Yard Sale taking place on Saturday June 11th. The event is rain or shine from 9am to 3pm. Load-in and setup for vendors will occur from 730am until 9am. If you arrive after 9am, we will do our best to accomodate you, but to ensure the safety of people browsing within the marketplace, you may not be able to drive to your space. For everyones safey, no movement of your vehicle can occur until the end of the event at 3pm.
Each space is aproximatly 15 feet by 10 feet. The space is outdoors and allows you to pull in 1 vehicle per reserved space and setup your own table or display in front of your vehicle. If you would like more room, you are able to book multiple spaces and they will be assigned side by side. Pop-up style tents (that you bring) can be placed on your spot as well.
Individuals, families, and businesses can book a space for $20. Your space must be booked online and paid for in advance of the event. Tables are NOT included - please bring your own. A limited amount of tables will be available at the event for a cost of $10 and can be rented on a first come, first served basis (cash only).
We would love to help support your registered charity or community group by allowing you to book a space at a 50% discount! Please indicate in the comments section the name of your charity or community group to qualify for this discount. In exchange for the discount, we would highly appreciate you adversiting this event to your email list, on your Facebook page, by sending out a Tweet or talking about the event at your next meeting.
Vendors of all types are welcome! As an individual or family, feel free to bring any items that you would normally sell at a yard sale. Businesses can bring any items that would normally be available within your store. Please note that if you are a business that sells food items that only packaged food, or produce from your farm, is allowed for sale. Food vendors and food trucks are NOT permitted. No hydro connections are provided or available.
We reserve the right to refuse vendor space at our discretion. Vendors should be family friendly. Thank you!
